Solution

Aicadium used tools from NVIDIA and BotMaker to build a voice-based chatbot specifically for the pharmaceutical patient support domain. We developed a text-to-text chatbot and fine-tuned the speech component to build an end-to-end voice-based chatbot that can respond to queries even when the patient uses specific language such as names of illnesses and medication names.
