Need

The bank was looking for creative ways to utilise data for scaling origination efforts and acquiring new deals beyond relationship based referrals.

They also wanted a way to generate actionable news for their bankers to review first thing daily to identify new opportunities to focus on.

Solution

Using two customized AI engines created by Aicadium, they are able to augment and automate the deal origination and proposal generation process. The models are deployed on AWS cloud using Bedrock and are visualised on an AI powered dashboard for the bankers to view their actionable insights daily.

Impact

The engines and dashboard provide the bankers with access to greater intelligence and insights which has resulted in a significant uptick in new business revenue for the bank.
