A major land transport organisation drives a highly personalised mobile app experience with Aicadium’s hyper-personalisation
As part of its transformation into a digital company, it launched a new consumer app and sought to create highly personalised recommendations and curated content for each user. This was challenging since personalisation needed to occur across many aspects on the platform and in real-time – including the journey planner, lifestyle services (eat / shop / play) and also their loyalty program.
Deployed using Bedrock on their AWS infrastructure, the organisation uses Aicadium’s hyper-personalisation engine with inbuilt intelligence dashboarding for insights. This enables them to collect and curate the data they need for customisation within their application.
Hyper-personalisation on the app increases acquisition of new users, whilst promoting user engagement and retention of new users. This results in an increase in overall profitability for the organisation.
